We have capital ship capacity as well as improved communications. Usage of voice comms is encouraged and will be rewarded. That being said PvP will be smallscale and may vary in frequency, this to improve everyones enjoyment of our various activities. We're not about charity but we will help our members to realize their potential in their search for enlightenment through self-improvement. We're spread around the hours of the day so you'll find a number of Rasa pilots on at any given time. We do discriminate in that we want our pilots to have names befitting EVE. Entry into the Nebula Rasa will be via our subsidiary division Nebula Rasa Logistics where you'll be interviewed by our staff and recieve the proper level of training, pilots may after their training and/or evaluation graduate into the Nebula Rasa Holdings.
